Today I uploaded a new fixed version of the VisualLua library, and then I remembered I didn’t post it about it here.

Essentially, VisualLua is a Counter-Strike 2D GUI library, allowing players to create their own graphical interface elements – windows, buttons, labels.

You can customize button and window styles in the style tables – a button can be any size, it can have any image, as well as a hover and a clicked state. You can also assign a function to buttons that would do whatever you want it to.

It’s a pretty interesting script in my opinion, and although the implementation may not be the best – it’s still pretty cool. Here is an interesting project using this library, and here is another.
